Healthy Banana Peanut Butter Popsicles

healthy banana popsicle recipe

Ahhh summer. Sunshine, sunshine! 🙂 And what’s the perfect companion for a summer day? A popsicle. I mean that in all seriousness.  You only need one hand to eat a popsicle,  and you don’t need a spoon. So with your other free hand you can wave to people, or flip people off… however your day is going.

I’m trying to be more health conscious and make my own treats. In order to avoid ingesting all the table sugar in the world, I decided to make my own.  It uses honey and stevia. 🙂 Yay. Say hello to these delicious banana peanut butter popsicles. It’s a bit healthier than ice cream, but still just as satisfying.

Here’s what you need: banana peanut butter popsicle ingredients
3 over-ripe bananas
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 T. honey
2 tsp. powdered stevia
1/4 cup almond milk
4-6 popsicle molds

Put everything in a blender, and blend until your hearts content. Actually, just blend until there’s no chunks of stuff. Smooth and creamy, baby. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze until… frozen? I just froze mine overnight so I’m not sure how long that’s supposed to be. Pretty simple though, right? And oh. so. tasty.

Have something to say? Sound off, Darling.
